Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs boneless & skinless
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons Cava Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 ½ tablespoons garlic finely minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken thighs, olive oil, harissa, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, cilantro, paprika, coriander, cumin, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes (or longer for deeper flavor).
  • Heat a cast iron skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add a little oil to prevent sticking. Place the marinated chicken in the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until a golden-brown crust forms.
  • Once both sides are beautifully seared, reduce the heat to low. Add the honey and butter, letting them melt into a delicious glaze. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken for extra flavor.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and transfer it to a cutting board. Let it rest for a couple of minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy as is or serve in a wrap, salad, or bowl!
