  • 3 chipotle peppers from a can of chipotles in adobo sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Frank's Red Hot Sauce Original adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon adobo sauce from the chipotle can

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them for accuracy. Add the chipotle peppers, mayonnaise, sour cream, Frank's Red Hot Sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and adobo sauce to your food processor.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 30 seconds.
  • After blending, taste the sauce. If you'd like more heat, add an extra splash of Frank's Red Hot Sauce or a bit more adobo sauce, then blend again.
  • Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. The flavors intensify as it chills, making it even better after a few hours.
