Omaha Steaks Chicken Fried Steak Recipe

- 1 32 oz. tray Omaha Steaks Family-Size Smashed Red Potatoes
- 2 6.5 oz. trays Omaha Steaks Green Beans in Butter Sauce
- 2 4 oz. packages Omaha Steaks Chicken Gravy
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Remove frozen steaks from the packaging and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, then flip the steaks over. Bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- To loosen the packaging, run 2 gravy packages under water briefly. Remove the lid and film covering the cup. Hold the edges of the cup and press the center to pop the sauce out. Place the gravy in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once heated, remove from heat and set aside.
- Remove the wrapping from the tray of smashed red potatoes. Place the tray in the microwave and cook on high for 8 minutes. Stir the potatoes thoroughly. Return to the microwave and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Cut a slit in the center of the film covering the frozen green beans. Place the trays in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the film, stir the beans, and cook for another 30 seconds, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
