  • 1 tsp ghost pepper paste start small and adjust to your heat preference
  • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding mayonnaise and sour cream to your bowl. Mix in the parsley to prevent it from scattering when the liquids are added.
  • Pour in the buttermilk and switch to a whisk for smoother blending.
  • Carefully introduce 1 teaspoon of ghost pepper paste. (Tip: Avoid smelling the paste directly and wash your hands thoroughly if it touches your skin!)
  • Add garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the sauce is fully combined and smooth.
  • Give the sauce a quick taste test. If you prefer more heat, gradually add more ghost pepper paste.
